TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

CONDITIONS: All prices do not include taxes (G.S.T or others). All orders are subject to acceptance by our Order Desk. All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

NEW CUSTOMER: The initial order must be paid before shipping either by cash, Visa or Master Card.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: Once your credit application form is completed, signed and returned to our offices, we will evaluate your files to establish your credit limit, (allow 1 to 2 weeks). Our terms are net 30 days. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on all accounts not paid on maturity. All overdue accounts will result in suspension of future deliveries. Cheques that are returned from the bank will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

 

PRICING: Case pricing are based on purchase of one style, size and colour. Mixed quantity orders of two or more sizes in the same style and colour will be invoiced at the higher price. Case quantities are indicated in the price list.

 

FREIGHT: Free freight is permitted according to Technosport's Terms and Conditions, and according to the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified. If additional transport costs were to apply, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping. Here is a list of additional fees commonly charged to Technosport by carriers: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery in a private residence, inside delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, refused delivery and remote area delivery. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.

 

HANDLING FEE: All orders are subject to a $2.50 handling fee and will be applied to each invoice.

 

PICK-UP: It is our goal to have all pick-up orders ready within 4 hours after credit department approval. Pick-up orders will be held 48 hours. Any pick-up orders not picked up in that time period will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

ORDERS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders, once entered into the system, cannot be changed. This means, we cannot add to orders already entered; a new order will need to be placed. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

RESERVED PROPERTY: The merchandise sold remains the property of Technosport International Ltd until full and final payment is received.

 

RETURNS AND CLAIMS: The return of goods is subject to a 15% restocking charge and will have to be returned to Technosport International Ltd. within 10 days of the reception of the goods. Only the cases of incorrect delivery, defective or missing goods can be returned; a return authorization from Customer Service must be obtained. The customer must supply the billing number, the reason for the return as well as the number of items returned. Any garment washed, printed, dyed or altered will not be covered by our guarantee. Unless it is pre-authorized by manufacturer. Samples are not refundable unless returned within 10 days. Freight charges on all returns must be prepaid. Technosport International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns; it will be sent back collect.

 

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: It is the consignee's and/or buyer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon reception, in order to declare any defect, and to confirm receiving the correct style, size, colour and quantity, before altering the merchandise. While Technosport International Ltd is making all effort to assure the quality and the accuracy of each product sent, Technosport will not accept any responsibility of any altered defective or incorrect merchandise. No return will be accepted on altered merchandise.

 

SALE OF LACOSTE PRODUCTS: Lacoste products purchased from Technosport must be sold with embellishment. Re-selling from an unauthorized retail store, website or any third party site (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Craigslist) is strictly prohibited. No sales to be made to customers outside Canada. No sales to be made to discount retail stores, warehouse clubs, off-price retailers, mass market retailers, internet retailers or entities intending to re-sell the products into any of these channels. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in loss of privilege to sell the brand.
